Damnacanthal (3-hydroxy-1-methoxy-anthraquinone-2-aldehyde)
belongs to a class of naturally occurring phenolic compounds called
anthraquinones. It has been known to target in inhibiting the

A research
study conducted in Japan was able to depict the fact that damnacanthal
interferes with the growth of RAS cells and acts as a wide spectrum kinase inhibitor. The tumours
